Lees Chevelle Arrives

 The car was delivered to me on January 30th, 2023 on an open trailer.  Normally I would ship a car in a close trailer due to all the risk of damage and all from the elements and highways but as you can see there is not too much more damage that can be done to this baby.  The trailer it arrived on is in the background.

Its going to be a challenge but I'm up to it.  I knew the condition of this car before I bought it and thought it would be a fun project to try and figure out how to do.  At this time I was not aware the this would be Lees car.  I had every intention of restoring this and selling it but at the time we had too many cars with no place to put them.  We had been looking to buy a new house or build one with a great garage but that didn't work out because for one, we could never find a place that was adequate or didn't require more maintenance than I was willing to do and two, I decided I didn't want to move away from the wonderful friends we've made in out neighborhood.  So that's when I decided to give the Mustang away to Jessica and that I would also not have to figure out how to store this car because as soon as its done its going to NH and into Lees garage.  Hopefully she will have one by then.
