Last parts to paint and trunk update

These are the last parts to paint in addition to the top of the hood.  I got them all ready yesterday and then realized I cannot paint them because I cannot lift the hood at this time.  You see I had a prostate biopsy Wednesday and after reading the discharge papers Liz told me, remember they told us you cannot lift anything for at least a week and maybe more.  She remembered this because she heard the doctor say it.  I was just coming out of anesthesia and have forgoten everything after the instand they put me under in the prep room.

I have to take is very easy for two weeks and then be re-evaluated to see if they extend that.  They told us even taking a long walk is a risk so wait a while for that also.   I guess they punched 16 holes in my prostate for samples and there is bleeding that will continue while peeing and while doing other stuff I can't discuss.  The other stuff my bleed for 4 months.  If I have cancer I will be the first person in the family to ever have cancer in any area other than skin cancer.  I have a little of that also.

So I don't want to do anything to slow the healing process down.  I'm can't golf either for the first two weeks and that will be re-evaluated also on the 31st of October.

What I did do was crawl into the trunk and put a refresher coat on the entire interior.  This is what happened when I took my mask off.  Forgot to get a pic of the trunk when done but looks great again.  I believe I can move ahead and put in the trunk carpet without injuring myself and maybe the stereo amp and rear speakers.  Theres a lot of little stuff I can do it I'm careful.
